Where is DigiHawks based, and do you work with international clients?
DigiHawks is based in Pakistan with offices in Islamabad and New Mirpur City. We work with clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. Working hours are scheduled to overlap with your team, and all engagements are conducted in English.
How are DigiHawks engagements typically structured?
Cloud and AI engagements usually start with a short fixed-fee assessment or scoping sprint (two to four weeks), followed by a time-and-materials build phase with a capped monthly budget. Outsourcing engagements are billed monthly per role with a 30-day notice period. We send written proposals after a discovery call so you can compare like-for-like.
How does DigiHawks price its work?
Assessments and scoping sprints are fixed-fee. Build and operate work is time-and-materials with a monthly cap. Dedicated engineering squads are billed at monthly per-role rates. There are no setup fees, no per-ticket charges, and no surprise line items.
How is DigiHawks different from a typical software agency?
